Statement Necklaces at the Oscars!

Statement necklaces were THE fashion accessory at last night's Oscars!   Everywhere you turned stood a celebrity adorning a beautiful piece of statement jewelry in a huge variety of colors, shapes and sizes.  Cate Blanchett wore one of my personal favorites- this turquoise statement looked brilliant against a backdrop of elegant black.

It's been a bit of a grueling few weeks in New England with the terrible weather, and I feel like I have not had much time to work on my handmade jewelry.  With the time I could be designing and making great statement necklaces and bracelets, I have had to devote to shoveling snow.   I am hoping the worst is behind us so I can get back to what I love to do best!
